Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Facebook / Meta App Data Deletion

If you used Facebook Login or interacted with our chatbots via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or Instagram, you can request deletion of all data we collected through those interactions. This includes conversation history, profile information, and any data stored in our systems linked to your Facebook/Meta account.

How to Request Deletion

Include your details

Include your name, email address, and if applicable, your Facebook profile URL or the name associated with your Meta account so we can locate your data.

We confirm deletion

We will process your request and send you a confirmation email once all your data has been permanently deleted from our systems — within 30 days.

Name, email address, and phone number from contact form submissions
Project enquiry and communication history
Facebook/Meta profile data collected via platform integrations
Chatbot conversation history linked to your account
Any other personal identifiers stored in our systems

Note: We may retain certain records where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records). These will be communicated to you in your deletion confirmation.
